Happy Fall!
Last year, as I sent out calendars, little did I know or expect what the year 2020 was going to be. I pray that this calendar finds you healthy and looking forward with hope, regardless of the Presidential election outcome, the social unrest we experience, and the continued risk of COVID-19.
After the real estate market took a “viral stall” in March to mid-April, we haven’t looked back. Homes in a variety of price ranges (primarily under $500,000) continue to sell quickly with multiple offers. Buyers continue to be selective but outnumber sellers by a significant margin. We expect this imbalance to continue into 2021 extending the “Seller’s Market” conditions.
